A $75 fee will apply to all short notice (less than 24 hours before your appointment time) non-emergency cancels, as well as no show / no call appointment misses. Enforcing this policy is the most difficult and frustrating piece of my job hands down, as well as the most damaging item for this business if left un-managed. I wear a mask, run an air purifier, and air out the office between appointments. If you have any allergy-like symptoms, please wear a mask. If you have any Covid symptoms, please give me as much heads up as possible so we can reschedule your appointment and keep everyone safe.
